Tomorrow my twins will turn 18. I can't believe we all made it this far! Cory, my oldest, is happily graduated from college and gainfully employed; Anna is on her way to UC Davis on a full scholarship; and Troy has successfully launched "Troy's Boat Service", becoming a very good diesel mechanic/sea captain.

Seems like such a short time ago when I brought them home to tons of pink and blue flower arrangements, plastic diapers, warm blankets, and plenty of open arms. At three kids, my family was complete.

Three husbands, a dozen homes, two dogs and 18 years later, we (Cory, Anna, Troy and me!), are better than ever. My #1 son custom delivered himself last night to my house as a surprise for the weekend's festivities. The kids, their friends and I are celebrating @ IFLY,first jump for them, second for me! We are lucky to have such a facility in the Bay Area.

Regarding the real estate market, it's definitely picking up here in Alameda. Lots of new listings and multiple offers are starting to surface. By far, if you are even THINKING about buying a home for primary or investment purchases, now it the time!
